I'd highly recommend Floyd Law Firm to anyone needing estate planning services. The attorney and paralegal we worked with were both knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. As lifelong residents of this state, they have a strong understanding of the legal process and were able to explain every aspect of our will in clear, easy-to-understand terms.

The attorney patiently answered all of our questions, helped us explore options we hadn't considered, and made sure we fully understood our decisions. We learned a great deal throughout the process and felt confident every step of the way.

When our travel plans prevented us from attending our original appointment, Floyd Law Firm was incredibly accommodating and gracious in helping us find a convenient time to reschedule. Their customer service was outstanding, and their fees were very reasonable.

We are extremely pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend Floyd Law Firm to our friends and family.

I wanted to take a moment to share the great experience I had with the Floyd Law Firm.

Jon and Fanny were amazing to work with. My father and I worked with them to create a trust, and we had several questions throughout the process. In addition, they provided guidance in reviewing and updating some of my father’s existing documents, which was extremely helpful.

This was all new to both of us, and Jon and Fanny did an excellent job breaking down legal terms and explaining everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. They were patient, kind, and always responsive to my questions.

My father lives in South Carolina and I’m in New York, but on the day of the appointment they took the time to include me through a video call so I could be part of the process. That meant a lot and made it feel like I was right there with them.

I feel completely at ease knowing we chose the right firm and that everything has been handled properly.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews unless something truly stands out, and this experience definitely did. I would highly recommend the Floyd Law Firm to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy law firm.

He guided us through every step of the process, including establishing a Durable Power of Attorney, a Health Care Power of Attorney, a Qualified Income Trust, and completing the Medicaid application. With his expertise—along with the support of his exceptional paralegal Fanny Hall - we now feel confident and equipped to properly advocate for our brother’s care.

We did not have a good experience with the attorneys we worked with at this firm. We had a relatively complicated deed and LLC situation-- they were hired to help fix errors made by another attorney. Throughout the process we felt like we were treated as annoyances rather than paying clients-- and let's just say this was not cheap! As a fellow attorney, I tried to be mindful of asking appropriate questions, but it felt like the attorneys were too focused on taking CYA measures with their emails instead of communicating in a helpful tone. By way of explanation for any forgetfulness or slow responses on my behalf, at the beginning of the engagement I explained that I was living out of state undergoing cancer treatment. This team did not seem to care one iota that this engagement was running in tandem with other major life events. When they shared a draft of the work we were absolutely shocked-- a document over 40 pages with seemingly inconsistent cross references and complications suited to a corporation, not a simple LLC. Not to mention, the draft document contained multiple glaring errors that made it clear that our goals had been disregarded. On a couple occasions we were told that deadlines for our project could not be met because other clients took priority and our project didn't need to be finalized with the same urgency. This was very frustrating. I know that this firm has a great reputation. But our experience did not reflect the reputation of the firm.
