Chamber Board Chair, Claudia Berner, said she is pleased to welcome the new board members, including Pavy. The Chamber Board acts as a conduit between businesses and the community – while promoting the important economic engine of tourism for Georgetown County, South Carolina’s Hammock Coast, and the Town of Pawleys Island.
“We so appreciate having new members on the board, bringing new ideas and fresh enthusiasm to help us serve the community,” Berner said. “I know their hard work and dedication will make the Chamber and the community-at-large even better.”
President/CEO of the Georgetown Chamber, Beth Stedman, agrees.
“Each of these four new board members have strengths that will add to the Board of Directors and their talents will enrich the work the board does for our community,” she said. “I look forward to working with them to serve the businesses and visitors of Georgetown County.”
