Slip and fall accidents: Man claims abuse after fall at concert

Seemingly innocent incidents can rapidly escalate out of control. When the negligence of another person results in injury, as in slip and fall accidents, some South Carolina victims seek the advice of an attorney to explore their options for legal recourse. A man in another state is likely being advised by an attorney after his claims of abuse following a fall at a popular Hollywood theater.

The beach environment of our city makes it an ideal place for a low-key way of living. Snow bunnies and other people flock to the city to enjoy some sand, sun and relaxation. One individual's life was cut short in a tragic car accident that recently took place in South Carolina. In addition, three other individuals suffered injuries in the crash. These types of motor vehicle accidents sometimes occur due to the carelessness of a driver, in which case, those impacted by the accident may rightfully seek justice through the civil court system.

Slip and fall accidents may happen on rainy days

A woman in another state claimed she fell on a liquor store floor and consequently injured herself back in 2011 due to the negligence of the store owner. She thus filed a lawsuit against the store, which led to a civil trial that was in progress late last month. When slip and fall accidents occur in South Carolina due to business property owners' carelessness, these owners may be held liable for any injuries that happen as a result.
