Apryl K. Haden

Surfside Beach, South Carolina
After many years as a real estate agent and broker in Tennessee, Apryl relocated to Charleston where she graduated cum laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2015. Following a year with a large non-profit in Washington, DC, where she worked alongside case managers to achieve housing stability for formerly homeless clients, Apryl returned to South Carolina to take the bar exam and ultimately practice real estate law with The Floyd Law Firm.
Originally from Indiana and then Birmingham, Alabama, Apryl graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a degree in Political Science and English, and received a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Virginia. After graduate school she moved to Northeast Tennessee where she taught at a junior college before getting her real estate license in 1993. Apryl was a top producing agent, worked with Cartus Relocation clients, earned multiple designations, and got her broker's license in 2006. She focused on educating others about contracts, agency and Fair Housing issues, and ethics and professionalism throughout her real estate career. She has taught classes to new agents and seasoned agents, established and conducted training programs, and since moving to South Carolina has also taught real estate continuing education classes, broker classes, pre-licensing classes, and advanced principles in real estate.
Apryl is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Real Estate Practice Section of the South Carolina Bar.
