The Floyd Law Firm Announces New Attorney Of Counsel Jonny McCoy

We are proud to announce a new member of The Floyd Law Firm team – Attorney Jonny McCoy. He has accepted the position in order to continue his legal work within the community as a part of larger law practice. His skills and talents will help to further promote the voice and reach of our law firm throughout South Carolina.

As a knowledgeable attorney of counsel at The Floyd Law Firm, Jonny’s legal practice focuses upon Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Wrongful Death, and Civil Rights Law. He has extensive experience in the courtroom as a criminal defense trial attorney.

Jonny McCoy is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, and he is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WhiteFlag, the first mental health app with immediate customized peer support that is changing the way people in pain communicate and heal. Mr. McCoy is also the Founder of Grand Strand PTSD/Anxiety Support Groups, and serves on the Board of Directors of Horry County Citizen’s Crisis Response and The Cut That Counts Foundation. He is also an active Board Member for the Hope House of Myrtle Beach.

The legal team of The Floyd Law Firm PC is an experienced and diverse law practice that provides a wide variety of legal services to the community.
