Dalton B. Floyd Jr., Founding Partner

Attorney Dalton Floyd

NOW beginning his forty-fourth year of practicing law, Dalton Floyd believes the single most important factor for a successful law practice is caring about the client. From the time he began practicing in 1963, paying attention to the client's needs and providing excellent affordable service has been the goal of his firm.

The firm is respected throughout the Southeast region for quality legal services provided to the client.


Frank J. Bryan, Attorney

Frank Bryan received his Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Florida State University in 1959. He graduated cum laude and first in his class in January, 1962 from the University of South Carolina Law School. He was an assistant editor of the South Carolina Law Review and was Chief Justice of Wig and Robe, a scholastic honorary society.


Bradley A. Floyd

Bradley A. Floyd received his undergraduate degree from The University of South Carolina with a B.A. in marketing and management. He obtained his law degree from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School where he was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and earned the Dean's Certificate of Service Award.


Terrence R. Real, Attorney

Terrence R. Real received his bachelor's degree in English from Kent State University in 1973 and his master's degree in English from the University of Chicago in 1974. He worked as a newsletter reporter and legislative assistant in Washington, D.C. and then attended the Georgetown University Law Center, where he received his law degree in 1981. He has experience in both public and private practice, having worked for the New York City Department of Law, the New York City Legal Aid Society, and Connecticut Legal Services as well as for a private law firm in New Haven, Connecticut. He and his family relocated to South Carolina to enjoy the warmth and beauty of the Lowcountry, and he is now a member of the South Carolina Bar.


Charles Rhodes

Charles R. Rhodes Jr. attended the University of South Carolina and graduated in 1985 cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management. He continued his post graduate education in the University of South Carolina's combined degree program and earned his Juris Doctor from the University's School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from the University's College of Business in 1989. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1989 and has practiced continuously in South Carolina since his admission.
