Bradley A. Floyd received his undergraduate degree from The University of South Carolina with a B.A. in marketing and management. He obtained his law degree from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School where he was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and earned the Dean's Certificate of Service Award. Bradley is certified to practice in the South Carolina State and Federal Court.
While in law school, Bradley clerked for Cuffman and Phillips, assisting on cases involving criminal and domestic matters and also clerked for the Pulaski County Public Defender’s Office where he represented clients for plea and arraignment proceedings in the North Little Rock District Court and Pulaski County Circuit Court.
After graduating from law school, Bradley clerked for the Honorable Michael G. Nettles, Circuit Court Judge of the 12th Circuit District of South Carolina.
During his time in Arkansas, Bradley participated in the Big Brother/Big Sister organization, coached YMCA Soccer, was a Mock Trial Trainer and Rights & Liberties Teacher for Hall High School, and mentored with Volunteers in Public Schools organization.
Bradley lives in Murrells Inlet where he enjoys boating and working out. He is a member of the Georgetown County Bar Association, the Horry County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He will be working in the areas of criminal and civil litigation and family law. He is a member of the Surfside Rotary Club, a Board Member of Habit for Humanity of Georgetown County, and is on the Board of Visitors of Spadoni College of Education at Coastal Carolina University.
